RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We have a 30-day return policy from the date of shipment, since we want you to be satisfied with our products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our QA team will review the returned product and refund will be processed after. Kindly keep in mind that engraved pieces or customised products are not eligible for return or exchange.In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.

To start a return, you can contact us at acouplegift@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, We promise to refund to your payment account within 3-5 working days.
